Shipping

Only publish delivery estimates after each supplier confirms dispatch and courier timelines for the product and destination. State whether shipping is included in the displayed price, how tracking is provided, and how delays are communicated. Do not describe an item as in stock unless availability has been checked.

Returns and refunds

Publish a clear returns, cancellation, faulty-goods and refund process that complies with applicable South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act where applicable. Do not promise that all sale items are non-returnable. Confirm how your supplier handles defective items and who pays return courier charges.

Privacy

Explain what customer data is collected, why it is needed, who processes it, how long it is retained, and how customers can contact you about their data. Use appropriate safeguards and comply with POPIA. Never collect or store card details directly in this site.
